This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid ECODrIx subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
We offer a free plan and/or a time-limited free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. No charges apply during a free trial unless you upgrade or exceed free quotas that require a paid add-on.
If you do not upgrade, your account moves to the free plan or is paused at the end of the trial — you are not charged automatically without a selected paid plan.
You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings, or by emailing [email protected].
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, as you retain access for the full period.
Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months if you cancel due to a material, unresolved fault in the Service, at our reasonable discretion.
We may grant refunds in cases of accidental duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or where required by law.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
